About
Where it all started...
I began working in the telecommunications industry in April of 2011. I wish I would have found my way into this business 20 years ago, but better late than never. I have a real passion for technology. It is fascinating. After spending a year and a half working for two different carriers, I quickly decided that there had to be a better way to serve the people willing to trust me with their time, and more importantly their business communications. That is when I decided to become an independent telecommunications consultant / broker, also referred to as an agent.
In October of 2012 I hit the ground running and haven't looked back since. l truly enjoy what I do. It is hard work and sometimes just a stressful as a "regular job" but it seems I am cut out for it. I enjoy problem solving and being rewarded for it.
The Way It Should Be...
As a telecommunications agent I work on a residual income basis. There is no instant gratification. I am compensated by the service provider after services are successfully delivered and you pay for them, and that's the way it should be. It has been said, "everyone should work a straight commission job at least once in their life. It builds character". I agree as it encourages people to conduct themselves the way they should.

My goal is simple, to treat you the way I would want to be treated, and to provide the quality of service I would expect from a true professional.
From being on time to a meeting, to calling you back when promised, it's about keeping your word: simply doing what you say you're going to do, and not overpromising and underproviding. When I first got into this business I learned very quickly that "there will always be problems, it's how you respond to them that makes the difference". There will always be problems because it is technology with lots of people involved, and as we all know people make mistakes, and sometimes technology seems to as well. I have also noticed that the bar is set pretty low so to speak in the telecommunications industry in general. It's as if barely getting the job done is OK. I have never bought into that. I just can not work that way.
The Bottom Line...
When you decide to work with me as a consultant & broker, you're in essence hiring me as an extension of your IT department to assist in finding and evaluating the best solutions possible for your unique business. It's like adding me to your staff, but not your payroll. I am paid by the service providers to care about your overall customer experience, not just "how good you feel while signing a contract". This includes the quoting, ordering, installation, billing, troubleshooting and renewal of your services.
This makes for a significantly improved experience.
Call or email me today and let's discuss how we can improve your services & operations, reduce costs and increase efficiency. I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to be of service.
